TrustP uses the information you submit to assess founding membership, understand partnership fit and contact you about your application.
What you share
The application asks for your name, email, business or practice, location, professional roles, partnership need and contribution. A website or professional profile is optional. We record when you apply and your agreement to the charter and this use of your information.
Please do not submit customer names, account lists, identity documents, passwords or confidential commercial details.
Who can see it
Application records are restricted to the TrustP review team. The site’s hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate this website and deliver your submission to munesh@trustp.com. Technical request information may be used to protect the form from abuse.
Submitting does not publish a member profile, subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically share your details with other members, ZNet, RackNap or InTimeTec. We ask before a member introduction or sharing profile information beyond the review process.
How we handle it
We keep application information while reviewing participation and, if you join, while supporting membership. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw your application or stop contact using the form below. We may need to confirm that the request is yours before making a change.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A necessary session cookie protects forms and prevents duplicate submissions. Form details are sent to the TrustP review mailbox; this website does not keep a separate application database. The team may keep a restricted working copy for membership review. Technical abuse counters are reset hourly and do not contain application details.
