THE TRUSTP MEMBERSHIP CHARTER

Business built
on earned trust.

These commitments guide the founding network, its members and its curators.

1. Open applications. Reviewed membership.

MSPs, SIs, service providers, technology vendors, ISVs, consultants, advisors and referral partners can apply. We review identity, role and relevant experience. A clear need and a useful contribution matter. There is no minimum headcount or revenue, and members may hold more than one role.

Specific credentials can support a profile. Membership review is not a certification of technical capability or a guarantee of commercial performance. Members should do their own checks before committing.

2. Protect the source relationship.

End customers are outside the founding membership. No customer lists, account names or confidential details are required. Start with anonymised briefs. Share further information only when appropriately authorised, respecting the person or business bringing the relationship.

3. Consent before an introduction.

The curator explains why a connection could work and asks both people before introducing them. An application does not give other members permission to contact you. No unsolicited bulk pitches, scraping, resale of member details or unauthorised forwarding of private opportunities.

4. Agree the commercial roles early.

Before significant work, clarify scope, responsibilities, the relationship lead, attribution, compensation where relevant and the next action. Referral, resale, co-selling, implementation, integration, advisory and ongoing-service relationships are all possible. Advisors do not have to resell or transact.

Members agree their own contracts and payments. An introduction is not a promise of revenue or an endorsement of a transaction.

5. Independence needs transparency.

TrustP is founded by Munesh Jadoun, founder of ZNet and RackNap and EVP at InTimeTec. Affiliated businesses follow the same membership criteria and conduct standards. There is no compulsory buying or fulfilment route, no automatic sharing of applicant details with these businesses and no privileged access to private opportunities.

Other distributors are outside the founding membership. Members should disclose relevant affiliations and commercial interests when they could affect a recommendation or collaboration.

6. Trust is maintained through conduct.

Represent your experience accurately, respect confidentiality, keep commitments and give constructive feedback privately. Raise concerns with the curator through your TrustP email conversation or the contact request form. The team may review, pause or end membership where conduct undermines these commitments.

7. A founding circle, built together.

We are starting in India with free founding membership and personal curation. The experience will evolve based on useful introductions, collaborations and member feedback. Any future paid offering will be explained separately and will require your choice to participate.
